What program is right for me?

There are currently 3 Eat better, not perfect programs to choose from, and if you are wondering which one is best for you, this blog post is going to help you make the right decision.

Why are there 3 programs anyway?

We've learned from working with hundreds of our clients that everyone's situation is truly unique, and that also is why our coaching approach is tailored to the unique individual. Therefore, we decided not to go for a "one-size-fits-all" program, but instead offer 3 options depending on your unique situation.

What is part of each program?

Before diving into the differences, we need to talk about what the common elements are in each program.

No matter what program you choose, you will always have:

  • A real, certified nutrition coach by your side through WhatsApp

  • Program customization to fit your situation and goals

  • Access to a large (and growing) recipe library

  • Access to the Eat better, not perfect online platform with weekly guidelines and progress tracking

What are the differences between the programs?

The main difference between the program is their length, with the 6-week "Ambitious" program being the shortest with the highest pace, and the Foundation program being the longest with a super tailored approach.

The length of the programs is important depending on your goal, your experience, and your ability to challenge yourself.

The second difference between the programs is the level of education and skill-building. The more skills and habits you want to develop, the more time you will have to dedicate because building skills and learning new things simply take time and continued effort.

Will the programs give me different results?

With all programs you will get results if you put in the work, that is clear, and since time is always a factor, the longer you stick to a program, the more and better results you will have over time.

How to make a choice?

If you have experience with nutrition habits, are looking for a "quick reset" or getting back on track and your situation allows for an overhaul of your nutrition habits, then the "Ambitious" 6-week program is for you. Just know that it will be a nice challenge!

If you are looking for a smoother transition to better nutrition habits with more coaching support, then the "Steady" 12-week program might be right for you.

If you have big goals and currently have little experience in eating healthy, then the Foundation program will allow you to build the base for a healthy life by learning about and building habits at your own pace, completely tailored to your unique needs. This program is also a pathway our clients typically choose to continue their weight loss and health improvement journey after the 6- or 12- week programs, since there is always more to learn.
